Personalization is printed on lower back in the format shown.  Please include in the notes when checking out the number and or name you'd like, along with the item(s) it's to be printed onto.  If for some reason you miss this step, you can email the instructions to orders@dunwood.ca.  It is important that you include your order number with the email.
